At Sensum Scents, we want your home to be your sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied with your fragrance experience, you may return your unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and that the security seals on fragrance oils or diffusers remain intact.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully package your scents to prevent leakage or breakage during transit and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
